Does anyone know if this is included with their card. I'm thinking about closing a couple my cards over the next few months and if this doesn't have that service (or won't in the future, if I can convert to a signature), I doubt I'll keep it any longer.
I'm hoping to get a few replies from people who has Platinum Visas or Signature Visa cards.
The official Visa site to check if the card has benefits, the current card I have said there was no warranty manager service available:
https://portal.newcorp.com/visaclaims/servlet/VisaClaimsProcessRunner?USER_ACTION=ShowWelcome
The site I was given to check my benefits was this one, which didn't include warranty manager:
http://www.benefitinformationcenter.com
So if anyone is aware of this already and can share that'd be awesome, if you aren't but don't mind checking to help me find out, that'd be awesome too!
Thanks!
I am a BofA Visa holder. I have the signature version and you do have to have the signature version to have access to the warrenty manager. I use it myself.
It is an amazing service. When I enter my 10 digit signature card number it comes up with the warranty manager service. You just log on to it by creating a new account and registering your card. You can then extend you warranty on purchases and file claims online. This is one of the reasons why I take the hit on my UTL to have a signature card. Otherwise I would have left it as a platinum plus to report my wonderful 7000 CL but I love the services provided by Visa Signature
thanks for the reply, I think i'll leave the account open to see if it can get upgraded soon.
