BOFA annual fee

I spoken to 5 agent on chat to remove my annual fee. All of them said they were not able to. So today I asked  a agent If I can convert my card to travel card because of the 200 bonus right now. My card cannot be converted. So I asked if she can remove my annual fee? She said yes

They make it almost impossible to remove the annual fee but the EO's office works

With BofA you have to contact them several times to get what you want. Great work.
