Yes it does. It is like the 3.9% never existed. It was on my statement and when I logged into their website and click "Transfer a Balance", it also showed up until recently. Now it is replaced by this:

I called Disc and asked them about it and a BT Specialist stated that the 3.9% is no longer valid. WTF?

WTH????  That truly sucks.. Put on yur hip waders people the stuff is getting deep!!  That is funny cause I was actully calling about xfring a balance on the 1.99 for life ad talked to two separate reps who swore they couldn't see it.  I couldn't read the sec code on my card cause when it was issued it was only half stamped.  Luckily I kept trying and finally figured it out and there it was......   Scary
