I recently transfered a balance from my CU card to my NFCU card to take advantage of the 3% interest but I'm wondering what would happen if I was able to get a 0% interest card that I was only able to transfer part of the balance. Would they transfer the lower interest balance first or the higher interest balance? I hope I'm being clear. Either way 0% is better than 3% but I'd rather have a 0% balance and a 3% balance.
