I applied  for a chevy chase bank card got denied, was wondering if there is another number I can call for a recon. Will the JP Morgan Chase Bank Number Work or is there another number?

JP Morgan Chase did NOT buy Chevy Chase Bank!!  Capital One Bank agreed to buy Chevy Chase Bank.
