Backdoor for Discount Tire Direct or Syncrony?

Got approved today for a Discount Tire Direct card for 500$ I was wondering if theres a way to get an instant CLI since I was looking to get snow tires for around 800?

 

I was trying to search the forum but no luck. Someone suggested using the GEMRB Credit solutions backdoor but its disconnected.

Sorry everyone, had to drive home from work. Unfortunately they denied me. Im going to use my Barclays card for snow tires and let this sock draw it for 6 months until I need summer tires.
