Bank of America is by far the easiest... I think some others you can write checks to yourself if they send them but Bofa allows electronic transfers that happen in like 2-3 days!
now the one thing to note that even with BofA the BT offer is still the same 0% but after the 0% period the rate is goin gto 19.99% for any BT we do to a checking account vs. to our standard 13.99 purchase rate if we did a regular BT to another credit card or something... this didn't matter to me but it was interesting to note.... but same 3% bt fee for either.
