Re: Balance Transfers ( Best Card)

There's a 21 month no apr offer for the citi simplicity. There is a BT fee.

Chase slate has a 15 month no apr, no BT fee.

Other cards such as freedom has 15 months no apr, but there's a BT fee. The upside is that those cards have rewards structure as well
JPMorgan Palladium (100k), AmEx Platinum (NPSL), AmEx SPG (46k), AmEx BCP (42k), Chase Sapphire Preferred (47k), Citi Prestige (31k), Citi Thank You Preferred (27k), Citi Executive AAdvantage (25k), JPMorgan Ritz-Carlton (21k), Merrill+ (15k), US Bank Cash+ (22.5k), Wells Fargo (12k), Bloomingdale’s (12.4k), Chase Freedom (5k), Discover IT (5k).

+1 Slate

0% for 15 months and $0 BT fee. Makes the most sense financially.

In My Wallet: Amex BCP (12/12) $50,000, Chase Freedom (12/12) $16,500, Cap1 Quicksilver (6/12) $14,000, Barclaycard Rewards (5/13) $10,500, Citi Prestige (4/16) $30,000

Re: Balance Transfers ( Best Card)

I have a citi simplicity, they were offering 21 mos @ 0% but they charge a 3% fee. My discover card constantly advertises the same rates but with a 18mos term.

AkAir $50k | Marriott $65k | Local CU $8k

CITI Diamond Preferred MasterCard...frequently offers 15-18 months, no balance transfer fee, 0% APR for the promo period.

Re: Balance Transfers ( Best Card)

For one-time balance transfers, the best cards have all been mentioned in this thread. Chase Slate, Citi Simplicity and Discover More/It in that order.

For present and future balance transfers, Simmons First is very good. Many credit unions offer credit cards with no balance transfer fees and low balance transfer APR's as well.
