CITI Diamond Preferred MasterCard...frequently offers 15-18 months, no balance transfer fee, 0% APR for the promo period.
For one-time balance transfers, the best cards have all been mentioned in this thread. Chase Slate, Citi Simplicity and Discover More/It in that order.
For present and future balance transfers, Simmons First is very good. Many credit unions offer credit cards with no balance transfer fees and low balance transfer APR's as well.
with really good credit go to chase.com and check pre-qual... my partner got slate instant with 0% for 15 months and NO BT FEE!!
Same goes for Citicards.com pre-qual he got 18 months but 3% fee.
