Balance Transfers

Can I transfer the balance on one of DH cards, that my name is not on to one of my cards, that his name is not on. Right now he has a Home Depot card that we're paying 25.9% interest on and I would really like to move that over to my 0% card. Has anyone ever done this before.

Hmm that'd help me out a lot. Do y'all think chase would allow it?
Me and my gf would transfer a balance from her chase card to my CU card. It would help us out a little bit.

I know for a fact that us bank doesnt allow it. I would call the card issuers to confirm.
