Banana Republic approval

I'm ashamed to admit I succumbed to temptation and applied for the Banana Republic credit card when I had every intention of staying in the garden for a long, long time, but at least it wasn't a wasted inquiry. I wasn't sure I'd even be approved and figured even if I was I'd get  $200 or $300. But to my surprise I got the Banana Republic Visa with a 1200 CL.

So I've been demoted back to a seedling. But soon I hope to have my bronze spade back.

I will certainly take care of it. But much to my surprise, they gave me the Visa right off the bat.

I caved in too last week.  I was in one of their outlet stores with a couple of shirts from the discount rack and the idea of an extra 15% off got me this time.  I like the idea of points to earn $10 reward cards and I shop here, at the Gap outlet and online both places plus online at Piperlime and Athleta, so I will use this card quite a bit.  I know it will grow with me.

Oh! That's awesome!! I don't use my BR Visa much... But it def helps with my util given my $14k limit! I keep it at zero except for the occassional small charge.

You could call GE Credit Solutions if you want a higher limit!
My last clis have been from $2000-$3000-$7000-$14000!

That's great. I'm hoping for a good CLI, but I'll probably give it six months or so before I ask. It would be great to get a limit like that!
