Re: Bank Of America Luv Button

HMMMMMM! I Hit the luv button on the bofa website and got the 5-7 day message, but last time that just meant wait a couple hours. This time no such luck, I waited the 2 months that is suggested. Two days and no CLI. I wonder if they are getting stricter? Anyone received a CLI from them lately?

edit to add: Hi, eddie, welcome back! I was just wondering about you the other day. How's your complex relationship with EQ going?

Guess I missed this message. No issues with EQ at the moment Smiley Happy

BOA sent me a Worldpoints Visa so I guess I graduated from 99/500 club but I can't seem to get a limit increase. Don't want another inquiry so don't feel like calling.

Re: Bank Of America Luv Button

BOA has been my most generous lender to date. I received two CLIs within one month. It is definitely advisable to call the backdoor # when you want something from them! All it takes is the right person.

Re: Bank Of America Luv Button

Can you advise which number you called??

I have this one:  1-302-741-1825. that I got off this forum, but it says for "recon" so not sure if just for recon of app or if it would work for CLI as well.

Re: Bank Of America Luv Button

After reading this board I hit the luv button and requested a CLI for my fiance from $6,000 to $10,000 and he was approved!  Unlike me he has excellent credit and I knew he'd get it but we never would have even thought to request one if it wasn't for everyone here.  Might not have been for me but since I did it it does still feel pretty good  Smiley Happy .

Re: Bank Of America Luv Button

Found out I'm still secured. How did you find out if you were graduated to unsecured?
I received a new card and thought that was it but I guess it wasn't.
