Bank of America - Authorized user

I was just added an an Authorized User on a Bank of America Credit Card with US$2,000.00 credit limit.

Social Security Number was provided when I was added but we have different address and last names. Will this report on my Credit report?

Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

Thanks...

As long as Bank of America reports authorized users, it will find you and report you!

Re: Bank of America - Authorized user

I don't know if they report.

I was added about 2 weeks ago and their billing cycle just closed, not sure if the 22nd or the 24th. Still nothing Man Sad

Re: Bank of America - Authorized user

Sometimes it takes a few days for it to report after statement closing to the credit bureaus. But if Bank of America never reports authorized users, you may not even see it :/ I would send a private message to BofA to see if they report authorized users!

Hi and welcome!

Yes, my wife added me as an authorized user to her BofA Cash Rewards card and the tradeline started to report around the second month.
