Not sure which thread you are talking about. A few have the cl report in the middle of a pc to visa sig, but once it's Complete it doesn't report anymore. Id bet some boa reps tell you they can do it, only for you to check your report and find out the cl still isn't reporting.
Only guaranteed way is to PC to a world mastercard version, amex accelerated rewards, or go back to platinum.
But i guess it won't hurt to ask anyways.
How long does it take to complete the PC? I PC'ed 3 months ago, and my limit still reports. The only thing that changed was it moved from credit card to flexable spending card on my report.
I really hope my CL does not go away as I have a 15K limit, and would not enjoy the UTL freedom being taken from me.

Actually, the best thing to do is to do a PC from Visa Signature to a World Mastercard, which reports a CL. I did this about 6 months ago or so and it is very simple and easy to do. If you get a CSR who says you can't, don't give up because it is definitely possible to do. The only thing is you should wait to use up your rewards money because it won't transfer to your new World MC as it's a new account number and all.

My CL also was $15k when I opened my cash rewards card earlier this year and the CL did not change after PC'ing it to a World MC. It will stay the same, nothing changes but the account number and the Visa to MC.

if you pc'd three months ago id assume you have the new card by now(it only takes circa 3 weeks normally) if your visa sig is reporting the CL on your reports then congrats, i guess you're one of the lucky ones. Most people aren't so lucky, and so i still recommend going one of the other routes if you want to be guaranteed your CL will report.
But like i said, it can't hurt to ask. I'm just saying CSR's have been known to say they can do things for you that they actually cannot
That's re-assuring.
I have had three statements cut and post varying balances. I am going to keep my fingers crossed that limit continues to report.
