I've recieved two of these in the last 2 months and I was wondering how accurate these offers are. It has the Opt-out notice and Preselected offer Minimun Terms that states "This Preselected offer is part of a firm offer or credit."
I know preselected, preapproved, prequalified doesn't guarantee approval but I was just curious. I'm not planning on apping for anything anytime soon but I like having options and good odds when the time comes to app again.
I was sent one of those as well, at first said nah, then said what the heck!
approved for 1800, funny thing is i was denied 7 months ago. go figure.
I was approved using preselected offer after being denied 3 months prior.
Whats your credit file like? Chances are usually decent with targeted offers.

I have 2 unpaid collections that I'm trying to pfd but I haven't heard anything from the CA yet. Current scores in my sig.
My current cards
Capital One Secure-$500 (closing this month)
Wells Fargo (graduated this month)-$1000
USAA Amex-$2000
NFCU goRewards-$7500
Chase Freedom-$2200
Sportsmans Guide Visa-$4000
Total Rewards Visa-$8000
Discover IT-$2200
Hawaiian Airlines WEMC-$2000
Amex Gold-NPSL
Victorias Secret-$750
All accounts are current and util usually kept at 1-2%. The only balances I carry are on the cards that still have 0% apr. I started rebuilding exactly a year ago today so I get pretty excited whenever a preapproval shows up in the mailbox. lol

What's your AAoA? How recent are your cards? Your EX is borderline low for BoA IMO, but YMMV.
They will at least give you $500 if not more.
I had a similar EX score and a few more baddies when they approved me. I also bank with them so not sure if that had helped or not. They also gave me one of my highest limits too.
