how low this cards apr can get? Mine was 0 for only 12 months and then has been 12.99

12.99 is Good APR compared to many on the market now
Mine is at 11.90 since 9 years ago when I opended it
I just spoke with lending dept last week about lowering it but I got turned down
I'm sure there are people with 9% or lower with long relationship with BoA

I have a 9.9% B of A cash rewards, but that was because I recently PC'd a 14 year old fixed rate card to the cash rewards card and made sure they kept my interest rate.  DH recently applied and got 12.9%

Yes! thats how I kept APR low on my Chase and Citi
