Ouch 4% sucks.Yes, but it's better than US Bank, 3% fee for 2.99% APR. Got a few last year from USB for 3% fee and 0% APR, 18 months, so working on that to the end of the year.
Discover sends 3% for 0% APR, but the limit on that card is lower so not as useful.
BofA used to offer me 2% BT fee with 0% APR but no longer. Since I have the BBR card it is 4%. Oh well... Cap1 with 1% fee and 0% gets that business especially since it is with convenience checks. Barclays and Chase are coming up with 2% fee and 0% APR but as long as I get 1% offers I take these. BofA is not very interesting for BTs at the moment at least for me.

Got 2% fee on Barclays Arrival+ D:I got denied the Barclays Arrival+ last July
Congrats, that's a good fee. What percentage of the CL did you BT?
No fee with Ring, Now I just need them to send some convenience checks.
@2% w/Barclay's Arrival, I considering wiping out the BT on the wife's Aviator and moving most of it's CL to the Arrival to take advantage of this, I could fund my gambling @ Vegas next week with it. 1K, 2K? Lol.

Those are good rates.
Given my balances (which are now under $35k across all cards) BofA has the most interesting offers.

I think I will try one more time, take both BofA cards into a local branch to rephrase the question, just to be sure there are not some other offers for PC.
Any luck with the local branch?

That's weird? I had the same BankAmericard MC, only had it a month, asked to PC to Travel Rewards visa they said yes, then called back and asked for Cash rewards visa instead, they said yes, THEN asked for Susan G Komen instead. They said yes. Ultimately got SGK, used it for a while, didn't like that it didn't have CHIP so I called to ask for the non-affinity cash rewards visa an they said yes again. I'll just have a different card number. That's so strange that they didn't let you do it
How long ago was this though?

I'll go Monday. Too nice a day to go to the bank

Within the last couple months. I opened the first card in January, requested the first PC in February and got the new card in March, and now the current PC is processing now
Some people have all the luck. Congrats on the successful card shopping

How about BBR.I thought that was the one hard policy they have now: no PC-ing to BBR whatsoever
Correct. I tried, escalated into a number reserved for BoA friends and family.
I could PC into other cards, but absolutely no PC to BBR.
I think the OP wanted to PC a business card, which is another interesting situation.
