The problem is that the link leads to a log-in screen, not directly to what you were trying to show us.

If you log into your account, and click on the name of the CC so that you are actually on the CC page, you will see a column of links over on the left. Look under "balance summary", and then "available credit." There will be a hyperlink there called "Request a credit line increase."

I found it Smiley Happy. It says right on the page no inquiry will be made Smiley Happy.

I completely missed the online automatic screening and automatic paper decline letters.  I overlooked recon means a real person actually looks at your credit card application and credit report.
