I called today to check if it was this month or next month and it was actually today!!

After a brief hold.... well okay I started to type this while on hold... it's been about 5 minutes now.... and now 10 minutes... I'm getting very nervous, what's this mean? lol

Well it needed further processing and they said I would receive something in the mail.. OMG

Does Bank of America NOT offer credit for Banruptcy.

I'm being told they will not unsecure card because of bankruptcy

I had a BK discharged in 2006.  I got a BofA fully secured card in May 2008 and it unsecured with a $500 CLI last month.

 Yes, probably it could be the reason.

this last guy I talked to (credit analyst) told me I should just close my account because it won't unsecure for 10 years when my bk falls off reports!

I would not close the account. Leave it the way it is and let it age. I am sure you exit from ch 13 they might reconsider again.
