Re: Bank of America just closed $63K of my credit cards

Does anyone have any phone numbers or email addresse's that might be usefull here?

I sent off a few emails about 2 hours ago and still no response.

I would really like to speak to someone other than the regular reps.

Re: Bank of America just closed $63K of my credit cards

Good call Op. I beileve there was a case , cant quite recall if it was Boa, but the Op had something happen to his accounts and something like he could never apply for another bank product for his entire life. It was crazy hot but eventually he was able to get the issue resolved. BUT, i believe, lol and nlol, no one to this day would tell him why he made that list.

Hopefully this is a mistake.

Possibly call the number on the back of one of your cards and ask to speak to a manager.

Navy Fed and USAA are both great to deal with.

I have nice high limits on the cards with no issues.

I find it weird that when problems such as this arise, there is no main person to contact. You'd figure with the money the make they'd have dedicated people to deal with specisl cases.

@Naptime: You might also google for telephone numbers for the office of the President and CEO, or more specifically, BoA's "Urgent Customer Relations Division", which is a unit of the Office of the President and CEO. I found at least one blog post from a couple of years ago saying that the accountholder had been able to get their problem resolved by emailing the CEO direct, having Urgent Customer Relations telephone them a few days later.
