it was either new accounts or inquiries. idr which. and they are fee happy so i wouldn't be too surprised rather it's true or not

So would it be safe to apply for an AMEX once I have over 710 scores, $0 balance on my CCs, no more thank 5 inquiries and 7 years after Ch7 discharge?

should be fine. i got approved with like 650-660 scores.

true, but i had 3 late payments 10/2014 which is relatively recent

BofA isn't charging a fee on their CCs. That's completely false. Only the secured card.
