my barclaycard rewards was 500. I did light to moderate usage on the card. I always paid in full never carried a balance and never did a BT and received a 1k CLI.

Since it seems like people auto CLI showed on their statement and my 7th statement just posted (with no auto-CLI), I requested a CLI on website and a BT (want to get rid of Merrick - it's secured, I hardly use and would like my deposit back! Would rather have Freedom & BC only). The website stated I would be notified in 10 days, so I assume that's a no.

Yep...

I got a 6 month auto CLI from $1200 to $2200 on my Barclay card... I did carry a balance for the first 4 months because I was paying off my balance on my iPhone. I got a letter with the CLI thanking me for my responsible card usage.

For the last 5 months I've PIF before the statement cuts after charging $100-$200 a month on the card. I'm not worried about impressing them... I think I already have.
