Hi all. Is it a hard or soft pull for CLI and which report do they pull?

Usually a hard pull, though I've been with them for 3 years and when I called to check on promotions I asked if they could do a soft pull and they bumped me up to 10k. Just make sure they are clear you do not want an hp.

I've had this card since July, with an SL of $3000, and was give a soft pull cli of $2000 right when the 6 month statement cut. As previous posts mentioned, it's a hard pull for customer requested cli.
