Barclay Arrival Card Rewards

Hey myFICO-ites!

So, just a little note about the rewards on the Barclay Arrival Card.

I, so far, love dealing with Barclays and how they award their reward points.

Once a charge shows (not temporary authorizations), the reward points are immediately added to your reward balance.

I passed the 1K threshold 2 days ago and it already shows my current award plus the 40K.

Not to shabby!  It's even faster then Chase and the UR mall (you recieve points at statement close).

Amex so far is the slowest, rewarding points 1 month after statement close. Smiley Sad

Just thought I'd pass this on to those looking to maybe get this card.

Definitely agree! Received the 40K bonus miles offer after spending $500 in first three months (no annual fee version) and was added immediately. Only wish that the points could be used towards non travel purchases. But other than that's its a great World MC card with great rewards!

Hey Bobert22!  What a great bonus for a $500 spend requirement!   Smiley Happy

How did you get the 40K on the no annual fee version?  Damn, I didn't see that!  When did they run that special offer?  Is it still around?  Thanks for the info

My scores are in the siggy.  I've only had the card for a little under a month.  ( 1 day actually )  I haven't updated TU since the pull but it can't be too far off.  I'll get my updated TU FICO from Walmart in 2 weeks but I suspect only a minor drop if anything.
