I currently have the barclay UPromise Mastercard. I wanted to PC to the ring because of the nice low APR. I sent a message through the "Contact Us" form on my account page and received the canned "You can submit a new application for the ring card on the phone or online" response.
Was wondering if anyone ever had any luck PCing the UPromise mastercard to anything.
JSUCOOL! It's been a long time since seeing you on here. How is the credit journey going?
I PCed my Arrival card this week by making a phone call and eventually speaking to a relationship specialist. My guess is that the specialist is related directly to the Arrival card and might not be available for all card types, but it's worth a try. Here's my thread from a few days ago.

Thanks a lot!
And it's going well. Good to be back. Recently upgraded to walmart discover. That was a pleasant surprise. Paying off my debt. Almost out of the hot water.

It's hard to stay away from the temptation of "free" money with these cards. That's why signup bonuses and 0% APR is profitable to these banks. Glad to see you getting out of it, though. Hope you stick around the forums some more and share the knowledge!
I'll PM you the name and phone number of my contact at Barclay's Executive Office. She got me a SP CLI of $3000 and PC all in one phone call.
