I called in today trying to do a PC from the Itunes card to the Apple card. I was today that there was no offer for me to make that change. Is this common with them? I have never had an issue doing a PC before.
In reading posts, it seems co-branded cards often do not have the availability of a product change. This being said, I am not surprised. As always, seems there are YMMV situations. If anybody can do it ... the myficoer's are the group!
