Barclay US Airway card to sallie mae?

I recently got a barclay us airway card because of the generous miles, but has anyone tried PC'ing it sallie mae?

This cannot be done. You can't go from partner to partner. If you have an offer available you can go from Partner to possibly an Barclays Arrival or a Barclays Rewards card.

What about Rewards to SallieMae or Arrival+ to SallieMae.

You cannot go partner to parter or from Barclay product to partner. Only PC that can be done is from partner to Barclay product or Barclay product to Barclay product.
