Barclay recon sucess - Thank you all

I am new to myFico but have been trying to restablish my credit for about a year now.  I have a couple capital one cards and the nfl barclay card.  I applied for their other barclay card after reading all the suggestions in this forum.  I was denied online the following day.  I called the backdoor number and after a few minutes and a few questions was approved for $500 to get started with.  It was painless and quick but I would not have thought to call had I not found this forum.  I just wanted to say thank you to all the members here who post and share their wealth of knowledge and experience with the rest of us.

Transunion is 658  - Equifax is 634...slowly making improvements.

Which Barclay card, may I ask? They have many.

I just recently applied for their Sallie Mae 5% card, with 5% back on groceries, gas, and bookstores (aka Amazon). I was denied and was approved after a couple minute phone call.

It was with their rewards MC.  I have their NFL card and the lady I spoke with said I had been doing a good job with that card so she didn't see a reason not to approve me for this one.
