Barclay's "Luxury Card"

I applied or the titanium card with a FICO of 758 and was turned down even though i have the Amex platinum.Barclays always makes hard pulls which lowers your FICO and they just pulled it in November.  I am not happy they turned me considering i have 2 other accounts with them in excellent standing

Plenty of the usual credit blogs have provided info.  Seems not much different than the Visa Black it was rebranded from.
