I took advantage of a 0% APR till Jan 2016 offer from Barclay's when I called in about APR reduction on my rewards card. It's been 2 statements since this happened but the APR on the statements is still showing up as the regular 23.99% and I don't see any mention of a special 0% APR offer :'( .
I called them to confirm if it is 0% and they said as much but I would be much more comfortable if I see it on the statement as I intend to leave a balance on this card. Anyone else have a similar issue?
