On the issue of burning Chase and them having a long memory. They originally declined me for the CSP because I apparently burned some account that they bought out 21 years ago. They couldn't even tell me what account it was but just that they had that info in their files. It was only after recon did they approve me and the CSR said it was only because of the age of that account and that Chase rarely ever approves someone that has anything in their file derogatory towards Chase. My guess is that 6 1/2 years is like yesterday to them.
