I recieved a notice in the mail from Barclaycard saying that due to a printing error certain information including the APR was not issued with my card...since I always PIF, I never noticed. It further stated that any interest paid, any late fees, etc would be returned as a statement credit. That is very funny, because I took them for 200+ in SUB and rewards. I actually thought when I saw the envelope it would be to close due to lack of use. I had not used it since July. Has anyone else recieved this strange notice? The account was opened in Feb 2016...so it took them a year to realize that mistake? And if I'm the only one that they made that mistake on, how the heck did they catch this. I've been looking here to see if anyone else posted about the same error...nothing. If anyone else recieved this letter please chime in.

I received the very same notice last evening! I opened my Cashforward in April 2016--I use my card monthly, but always PIF. I'll be very curious to see if anything shows up as a credit next month!

Thank you for posting, I was beginning to think I was the only one who recieved it.
I do also...do not even normally know the interest...I go for the highest bonuses + rewards...PIF first month, every month, so all cards are 0% interest.
I received the same notice yesterday. I opened my card in Jan 2016. It did take them a very long time to find the problem. When I applied for the card last year it said it was 0% for one year. Around April 2016 I noticed a small interest charge on my account so I called them and they swore up and down that there was no such offer at the time and even escalated cases on it for it to be researched. They ended up refunding my interest charge but didn't give me the interest free period. I never really used the card much so I figured oh well and then just paid in full going forward. Low and behold in July 2016 they found out that I was supposed to have received the interest free for one year on purchases and BT's so they applied it to my account from July 2016 through July 2017.

Well I never even noticed I had not recieved the terms...now if they had not given me the 200 dollar SUB...that, I would have noticed. I am a strict transactor, so they will not have anything to refund to me. Credit card interest does not interest me...PIF and it is always 0%.
