Barclaycard Mobile Alerts concern

Hello everyone,

 

Here is the issue I am facing with my BarlcayCard. I signed up to receive mobile push alerts through the mobile app. For some reason I can't receive push notifications for single transactions over $0. Now it may be an issue with the app itself but it may also be an issue with Barclay. Has anyone come across this issue with their mobile alerts? I am completely aware this is the CC section in the forums but I don't know where else to ask this question. I need help from fellow Barlcay Cardholders that use the mobile app! Thank you all

I have not. I was told by Barclay that I should attempt to delete and reinstall the mobile app. Let me try your suggestion as well. Thank you, Creditaddict!

 

P.S. What has been your latest app? lol You have had like 10 different cards since I joined. LOL
