My preapproval was rock solid. I was given a set APR %15.99. Not a range. And that is exactly what I got when I was approved for the WEMC.
Not sure if this card can be certified as subprime. Folks with higher scores than mine have been turned down. The spending bonus, bonus rewards and bonus for using the rewards isn't a bad deal at all.
