Barclays BT/CLI offer, take the bait?

Barclays has sent out another round of BT checks, this time with a twist.

This time, to intice you, they offer to increase your CL by whatever amount you make the check out for.

It's a way to get a Barclays CLI without a HP, but I think I'll pass.

This is a new gimmick, don't think I've seen this before.

If the BT offer is more than 0% and no fees, then yes, it's a gimmick.

I think it has a transfer fee pretty sure i saw it before trashing

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

That's interesting ~ is there a max amount mentioned in the T&Cs that you can transfer ?
