Barclays Back Door

myfico EQ 626,,,i recently was approved for a barclays-average with a 1300.00 limit...called the backdoor number requesting additional CL.  I was denied...should i try calling again or maybe send and email or leave it alone.   my TU08 on the Barclays sight is 686.  Any ideas?
