Barclays CLI Soft Pull?

Anyone know if its a soft or hard pull for either the apple visa or mastercard? I have both cards and just wondering?

Was going to ask the same question. Glad I came across this thread

Just as a data point: i called in today and talked to an Account Specialist about reducing my APR. She was able to do so, then asked me "Is there anything else I can help you with, such as a credit line increase?" I asked her if it would be a hard pull, she said no. She then asked me my income, and after I provided that, she cane back and said I could get a $4,000 increase!

This was for the Aviator Red Mastercard by the way... it now sits at a $16,500 limit. I've had the account since Nov 2014.
