Barclays card

Hello,

this is my first time posting so please be gentle.......

heres my situation. Applied for the Barclay Card on 12/24/2012 for a new iPad. Got approved, placed the order, got my items that I ordered and happy with them......

however I have not gotten my card yet. I emailed Barclay and they stated it was mailed on12/31 and should arrive in 7-10 business days and I am still waiting.....

any feedback would be great bc I am starting to worry and I really need my card

With the holidays and new year I wouldn't be surprised if it was delayed. Give it to Monday and if not in by then I would call and see if they can rush you new card. It may be lost in mail or worse stolen.

My guess is that you should receive it either Monday or Tuesday.

EDIT: just realized I missed when you applied for the card.

I'd be patient for a few more days.  The holidays always mess things up when talking buisness days.  Worst case it got lost and they'll cancel the old one and rush you a new one.

 I am just a worrier and usually don't get like this just really needing the card, but thanks to all the responses

The wait for new plastic can take a toll. Hopefully it will arrive shortly!

If it makes you feel any better, I'm waiting as well.  Though I just got approved this week so I'll be waiting a while.

they are very slow with mailing out cards i'd say it almost took 14 days for me to get my card.
