@jsucool76 tru dat! its just that barclay has been one of the banks that they complan about but like you mentioned its their fault as to the reason. Unilke Chase or US Bank ect. you hear MORE good things than bad.

seriously though I had an account with them that they closed due to inquieries. your experience will vary . I can't say I had them for long to give a vaild opinion on their customer service .
