They do...most people dont know that. Comenity Capital Bank services the higher end retail store cards like Barneys, and few major cards as well like Virgin and Orbitz Visa.

Comenity doesn't really service all of the highend retailers Saks 5th Avenue is serviced by Capital One congrats on your approval BTW I hope your CL isn't 1K because you can bearly afford anything out of Barneys with a 1K CL
