I'm closing on a house this Friday and wanted some advice on the best 0% APR cards with the best chance of high starting CLs.
My wife has stellar credit all scores 800+ and her current cards are:
Chase Freedom $5000
Discover $26,000
Walmart $2000
Cap1 QS $10,000
AMEX PRG ???
My scores are EQ 709, TU 723, EX 813 and my cards are:
Discover $24,000
Chase Freedom $1500
Bank of America Rewards $6000
Walmart MC $8000
Cap1 QS $13,000
Cap1 Secured $1300
AMEX Zync $500 Hard Limit
We are looking for the best 0% APR cards with high limits so we can buy some new furniture for our house.
No new CCs on our reports for the past 3 years. Only hard pulls are for the mortgage.
All advice will be appreciated!
If you are wanting to buy furniture that you don't have money for yet, why not look at store cards? They would probably give you larger limits than just plain-jane cards.

Have you tried asking your current lenders if you have any offers? If so, you might look at a credit union to get a high SL/0% offer or BoA BBR which usually gives a better SL than Chase Slate.
I haven't tried anything yet because of the mortgage closing this Friday. I'm trying to keep my reports as clean as possible and keep scores as high as possible. Once we close on the house, the gloves are coming off!
I do have a 0% APR offer from Alliant Federal Credit Union. I have been a member for several years. Any idea on the kind of starting CLs they hand out?
I also have a pre-approved offer from Regions Bank for a Visa Signature Card. Do Visa Signature cards come with a minimum $5000 credit line?
Seeing that our Discover IT credit limits are so high I was wondering if we should apply for Discover Miles cards? Could we then transfer some of our Discover IT CL to the Discover Miles?
