I need to make a balance transfer for about $3,000 in debt, what would be the best card for this. I see Chase Freedom / Citi Diamond Preferred with 15 to 21 months 0% interest. Recently, I received in the mail an offer from WF lowering my interest rate to 2.9% with a 4% balance transfer. Take it or leave it?
