I just tried to request a CLI on my Best Buy card and was told that I would receive a reply in 24 hours....30 seconds later I received an email stating that Cap One could not process the CLI request due to "unverifiable information" So I called the 800# and was told they did in fact have "unverifiable information" .
I asked the service rep. if I could supply the information needed and was told no and I could try in 6 months for another CLI. I have tried 2 times in the last 14 months and got this same response on my first try. (only 2 times I have requested a CLI since Cap One took over)
Does this make any since?
My scores should not be a problem as my income.
Anyone else run into this?
