Called in tonight and asked for a CLI. I hope it was a soft pull. Does anyone know if BB is still a soft pull?

I'm curious what the results are for the original poster, as I know from my own experiences that they ALWAYS turn me down when I click on the "credit limit increase" link of their website. Maybe talking to a live person would give me a slightly better chance?

The CC was opened on 9/18/09. The credit line was 4700 last night it was CLI to 5700.
