Best Buy Reward Zone Gold MC: PC Help

I've had my Gold Reward Zone MC for over three years now. Since the merger with HSBC and CAP One I was wondering if anyone has been successfull in getting their Gold Reward Zone MC product changed to the Platinum Reward Zone MC with $0 AF? I've tried  with ZERO luck several times. Is this card just dead in the water or can someone help direct me to the right CSR who can make this card worth keeping? My WALMART DISCOVER is slowly kicking this Reward Zone card out the door..........Any PC stories are welcome!

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Re: Best Buy Reward Zone Gold MC: PC Help

Normally the answer has been NO but with the recent success at the Cap 1 EO that's the route I would take.
