Yes what I do is I call the backdoor number with my reports in hand or on the screen and i tell them I applied for their product and was denied instantly and would like to talk to someone who could take a look at my situation and possibly grant me approval. Then i go about emphasizing my positives such as low debt/util and postive payments and length of history and how good my scores are etc.
