called cap one exec..got acounts combined..1500 max cl....it did not work for me and i shut it down 30 days ago ...yesterday i get a call from somone at Cap One last week who says that they are from the " presidents office " wondering why i closed the account...explained that i needed an account that would grow with me....she said t hat they would review my account and see what she could do for me.

fast forward to today......i got call from same lady who says he account has been converted to a plan A account  with a 4000 Cl all with same date opened date of 2008....SCORE......

pretty happy....I know that the cc accounts have been sold to Citi....i hope all is good.....

Yeah! Thats awesome!!! But what do you mean by plan B and A ? Ive never heard of that with the best buy cards.

Im a 18 yr old in high school with no annual income that loves learning new things about credit. I pulled my FIRST Experian Score from Quizzle.com (on 2-9-13). Quizzle.com was the only site that was able to find my credit report, the rest required more information in order to do so since I lack public records. I'll update on the cards I am currently as an AU because some haven't reported yet. I don't own any cards under my name since I don't have an annual income to include when applying. Im super EXCITED!! MyFico.com is awesome!!!

b accounts are extended lines of credit for people with not so great credit ....CL given intially is max....never a cli.....A accounts are regular cl that will at somepoint be eligible for cli

Interesting since I had a CL of 1250.00 and tried to hit the cli button and was denied with a message saying that I am at the max and there is no cli available period.

Congrats! I was approved 3 weeks ago for a Best Buy card with a $2500 limit. I have not received my card in the mail yet. I hope I am on plan A. Anyway to tell by looking at the card if it is plan A or B?

The CL. You got above $750 so your Plan A. It also says it on your reciept if you applied in-store.
