I use my phone for Texting and Data and Sprint data is horrible... Besides I just switched to T-mobile so Not planning on moving again soon
@poster above I have T-mobile so no discounts ...I am paying like $120 a month as well

Also if you have a university or college email, Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T will knock off 10-15% off of your monthly bill!
Well, many company emails will also allow you to get discounts from the big carriers. Relatively few people should be paying the "rack" rate.
Also OP i know you're trying to steer clear of AMEX, and not sure if you've utilized this yet, but they have the spend $75 get $10 back, up to 3x until August 15th.

I wouldn't say I am steering clear of Amex since I have 2 cards and love them But I should check that. Where would that be?
