For Insurance, you are kind of out of luck, unless Citi Dividend offers it as a rotating Category again (they did last year for a Quarter).
That post was written before the change, based on what the poster was told by a CSR. I selected Cell Phone for this quarter, but when my combined Verizon bill (landline/wireless/internet, but coming from Verizon Communications rather than Verizon Wireless) posted, I got 1%, and service confirmed that it needs to have the wireless MCC.
The very first post reports that "All the transactions which had MCC of any of 4812, 4814 or 4899 will continue to be eligible for 5% cash back from 1st Apr 2013 under cell phone category." This includes Dish Network, Comcast, and AT&T internet will all continue to qualify for 5% category under New category - Cell Phone.

Yes, and as my post above says, that turns out not to be true! My transaction posted as 4899 and got 1% only.
