What bank has the best customer service.

From my personal experience lately BOFA an Citi gets my 2 thumbs up.

Don't know if credit unions count, if they do:

1. NFCU

2. Chase

I have acct's with wells fargo and citi. Citi has been the best to me overall. Even tho wells fargo has my auto loan i still prefer Citi.

Thats until Chase makes it out here to so cal

Bank Of America huh? I opened a checking account last month and had a few questions about how long it would take for a cash deposit to become available to pay my BofA credit card. It took 4 transfers before I finally got an intelligible answer. So far I am not impressed.

I know that PenFed might be different results for some but they have always been pleasant,informed, and wiling to work with me.

I also use all three for more than just CC's so I deal with them more.

Banking services: BofA, Chase

Credit Cards: I only get cards from banks that I have a relationship with, except I can't recommend BofA (I accidentally transferred $4,000 to my credit card account and it took over three weeks to get it back)
